Not so easy!

Gahhh! Flexible storage of potentially massive numbers of items with fault tolerance to prevent dupes and accidental deletions is problematic.

I'll keep hammering at it until I find a satisfactory solution... then I'll share it with the world, because nobody should have to re-invent this again (I only wish someone had shared it with me).
